Last night we had a ton of fun catering small bites for a SHFT and Gablit cocktail party and exhibition. On the menu: whipped delicata squash w/ mascarpone, wildflower honey crispy sage and curry roasted pepitas, prosciutto w/ grilled fig, bleu cheese, mizuna and pomegranate balsamic on crispy baguette just to name a few.

Last week we catered a sit down dinner for fifteen fashionistas hosted by Zoe Winkler. On the menu was home made delicatta squash and mascarpone ravioli we made earlier that day.

We recently catered the artists's reception at Rose Gallery for the great William Eggleston with small bites and hand crafted cocktails. Yum!
